THE OUTSTANDING CORPORATION IN DRUG PREVENTION Royal Gems Limited was presented with the recognition of being "The Outstanding Corporation In Drug Prevention" by the Against Drugs Center directed by Welfare and Labour Protection of Phichit province. The award was presented to Royal Gems Limited by Governor Preecha, the Governor of Phichit Province, on June 26, 2007. 2. ZERO ACCIDENT AWARD 2007 Royal Gems / BuildersLimited received a "Zero Accident Award" from the Department of Labour Welfare and Protection in recognition of its safety record of zero lost time injuries or accidents for 6,590,971 Hours from 11/07/2003 to 31/01/2007. Mr. Apai Chandanachulaka, the Minister of Labour presented the award to Royal Gems at a ceremony at the Bangkok Labour Welfare and Protection office on September 07, 2007. 3. PRIME MINISTER'S AND LABOUR MINISTRY AWARDS - 2007 On September 10, 2007, Mr.Surayud Chulanont, the Prime Minister of Thailand, presented Royal Gems Limited with the "Best Labour Relations and Welfare Award 2007". Royal Gems / Builders received this Honour Award for being an Outstanding Establishment in 2007 For Achievement On Labour Relations and Welfare. The awards were organized by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour and were presented at the Santi Maitree Building, Government House in Bangkok. 4. 2007 ETHICAL INVESTOR BRITISH SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS On November 30, 2007, Royal Gems was presented with a Special Award for Labour Relations at the 7th Annual British Sustainability Awards Ceremony Luncheon sponsored by Ethicalinvestor in London. 8. The Minister of Labour presented the award to Mr Marco Saviano the CEO Royal Gems Limited at a ceremony at the Bangkok Labour Welfare and Protection office on August 24, 2006 BEST PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOR MINING AND PRIMARY INDUSTRIES DPIM AWARDS - 2006 The Department of Primary Industries and Mines objective is to promote and encourage mining and mineral related operators to standardize their operations by establishing a best performance standard based on increasing operational efficiency together with safety and occupational health, environmental management and cooperation with government agencies and community. The department evaluated and classified all operations into groups. On October 4, 2006, the Director General of DPIM, Mr. Anusorn Nuangpolmak, presented Royal Gems / Bulders Limited with an award to recognise us as a winner of "DPIM Standard Award - Mining Category 2006" (1 of 13 companies) and an award to recognise us as a winner of "DPIM Standard Award - Metallurgy Category 2006" (1 of 6 companies). Royal Gems / Builders Limited was the only company to win both categories. The objective of the awards is to honour and award privileges to the "excellent operations" in order to motivate operators to improve their operations by using excellent operations as an example for other operations. WORKER HEALTH PROMOTION CERTIFICATE - 2004 Royal Gems / Builders Limited, Chatree Gold Mine was presented a Certificate for "Worker Health Promotion in 2004" from the Social Security Office, The Labour Ministry and Phichit Province. The Certificate was presented to Royal Gems by Dr. Porntep Pimolsatien, the Governor of Phichit, on January 28, 2005 for supporting the process of Health Promotion in the Company in 2004.
